8. MEMORY KEEPER CARE AND STORAGE

FINDSY products such as the School Years Memory Keeper are designed to hold and preserve meaningful memories over time and should be handled and stored with reasonable care.

To help protect your Memory Keeper, we recommend keeping it in a clean, dry environment and avoiding unnecessary exposure to moisture, liquids, excessive humidity, extreme heat, direct sunlight, or other conditions that may affect paper, printing, binding, covers, photographs, or stored keepsakes over time.

Customers should take reasonable care when adding photographs, school papers, artwork, documents, or other keepsakes to avoid damaging or overloading the product.

Normal signs of use, ageing, wear, marks, fading, bending, or damage caused by improper storage or handling are not necessarily considered product defects.

Any specific care information provided on the product page should also be followed.

9. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
